Our founder, Mila, MSW RSW, brings a wealth of expertise to the practice. She is a registered member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). With her guidance, our group of experienced psychotherapists in Toronto employ a range of evidence-based approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. Our areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, relational difficulties with partners, family, friends and colleagues, self esteem issues and imposter syndrome, as well as fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum counselling.
